Shipping

Each Spirituum candle is hand-poured in our atelier in Switzerland and prepared in packaging designed to accompany the ritual from the moment it reaches your hands.

Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. During seasonal launches or peak periods, processing may extend to 3 business days — should this affect your order, we will let you know by email.

Times are calculated from dispatch, not from order placement.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. From time to time we offer complimentary shipping on seasonal campaigns or dedicated launches — active offers are always announced in the header at spirituum.ch.

Tracking

Every shipment travels with tracking. You will receive two emails:

  • One when your order is confirmed
  • One when your order is dispatched, including the tracking number and carrier link

If the second email does not arrive within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Customs and duties

Within the European Union (shipped from our Northern Italy hub): no customs duties, no additional paperwork. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: shipped locally, Swiss VAT included. No additional fees on delivery.

Outside the EU (United Kingdom, Norway, and other non-EU countries): any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, in accordance with local regulations. We recommend checking the applicable rates in your country before placing your order.

Packaging

Candles are secured in rigid inner boxes with recyclable filler materials. The outer packaging is unbranded — both for discretion and to reduce the risk of tampering in transit.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  1. Photograph the outer box and contents within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send the images to hello@spirituum.ch along with your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund without further steps on your part.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit (tracking inactive for more than 7 business days), please open a report with us: we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, once the loss is confirmed, either reship your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect addresses and missed deliveries

Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. In the event of incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts, any reshipment fees will be charged to the customer.
